Mondays are only bearable for me with the help of some increased serotonin + spiritual centering in the form of yoga… Even better if I can meet with a couple of friends and practice outside! And you know how I love fun yoga clothes to get me motivated. Today I reached for one of my very favorite tanks from The Light Blonde and my trusty leggings from Old Navy (only $16!). I have met Ali from The Light Blonde, and she is the sweetest person alive; plus, I love how all of her tops cheekily spread positive vibes. As for the leggings: yoga pants can be so expensive, and while I have several higher end pairs that i adore, I have been able to find some cute, more affordable ones to add into the mix so I always have a clean pair ready.
