While out shopping for cute, kitschy accents for the home, I was surprised to find that Nest Dallas also had bags and clutches… CUTE ones. Before I knew it, I had ditched the whole “home decor” idea altogether and was transferring all of my belongings into my awesome new Bao Bao Issey Miyake (Plastic, polyester, brass, and mesh). New to the designer, I was taken with the concept and look: at once dramatic and simple, geometric and very Guggenheim-esque design, jewel-toned and reflective/prism-effect aesthetic, AND 100% different than anything else I have in my closet. The fact that it matched my new puppy’s sweater made it an instant no-brainer… My inner Paris Hilton couldn’t believe her luck!
